Secure On-Line Ordering
Our site offers secure shopping facilities for your peace of mind. We accept credit and debit card payment through paypal, and your order is processed only when your goods are ready to ship. If you prefer not to use card payment, you can print off your order and send it with a cheque made payable to The Keepsake Gift Company at the above address. Alternatively you can telephone your order through on 0794 8265947. Please have your order details and credit card number ready when you call. If your item is not in stock, or is a made-to order item, we will email or telephone you with an expected delivery date.
Delivery charges
Our delivery charge depends on the weight of the item. To find out the cost of delivery once the item has been placed into your cart you can calculate the shipping charge.
Stock items are normally dispatched by return, but please allow 14 days for receipt. If an item is out of stock for longer than this, we will email you. Made-to-order items such as personalised boxes, fairies and baubles, will usually be dispatched within 21 days.
Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your goods, we will offer you a replacement or refund. We request that you return unsuitable goods to us in new, unused condition within 7 working days of receipt. Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Our returns policy complies with the UK's Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations.
